At NASAPAL, we believe safety is the foundation of national development. Our mission is to prevent avoidable accidents, early deaths, disabilities, and the destitution of families by advocating for strong and fair (LAWS) legislation, public education (PROPER DISSEMINATION OF GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS), Community Leadership participation and (CUT ACROSS / APPLIED TO ALL) enforcement.
NASAPAL collaborates with Public Safety for Liberia (PS4 Liberia) a diaspora Liberian organizations and networks with global organizations to mobilize material, financial and human resources.

Together, we adapt proven international safety cultures to improve Liberia’s public safety environment, instill public confidence, and attract global citizens.
Founded to institutionalize safety across every sector of the Liberian society, NASAPAL works together with government, civil society, and the Liberian Diaspora to build a culture of accountability, confidence, and a social economic friendly environment.
From road safety and driver education to workplace protection and youth empowerment, our programs are designed to reduce risk, save lives, honor legacy, and empower the next generation.
